That transparent shortcut arrow makes me a bit suspicious. Only a bit though, everything else looks XPish.

Why not just download the Windows Live Mail client? It's the replacement for Windows Mail anyway and it works on XP with no modification...

This is the official statement from microsoft that windows live mail is the 'next version' it is here to updgrade from outlook express on xp and windows mail on vista. hey man patch all dll and exe and replace outlook express mseo.dll file with windows mail
 (Live Mail is web client its Windows Mail  )
