Looks realy good, but how did you do it that the sidebar overlaps the taskbar? And what about the pictograms at the right?

Think the image is just a eye trick. The sidebar is not transparant. That's because he doesn't wanna show the icons at the right bottom wink.gif The taskbar is not set to"keep the taskbar on top", and he changed the sidebar's default PNG so it will give you an overlapping effect. Voila.
