I apologize beforehand if this has been answered before, but I've searched high and low and just can't find the answer to this.
1. where is the effect/image held in vista where my artfully drawn arrow is pointing? 2. the taskbar image there has a 0% opacity. It's technically not even there but still there's a tint. I saw this mentioned by uk.intel but there was no definite answer to if this can ever be completely transparent
