Rules and Regulations
Welcome to AeroXperience!

In order to keep our forums running well and to avoid problems, we have enacted the following rules to ensure that everyone's stay here is a pleasant and trouble-free one. We ask that you follow these rules at all times; otherwise, penalties will be issued.

---------------

We operate a 'Zero-Warez' Policy here at AeroXperience.

If you are caught sharing, showing, or linking to warez, you will be given a warning, your warning level will be increased, and you will have your account monitored by our moderation team for a period of no less than 7 days.

Warez software on AeroXperience includes, but is not limited to, retail software, pre-release software builds not released publically but only to a small group of testers, or activation workarounds (application cracks, serial numbers, CD keys, CD-key generators, or any other software or resource that allows retail, time-limited, or other restricted software to be used for free, for extended periods of time, or for any other illegal purpose), or any resources, compiled scripts, compiled libraries, compiled executables, source code, or any other intellectual-property-infringing, patent-infringing, or copyright-infringing characteristics, components, or other parts of the aforementioned products. As held in courts, patches and emulation libraries are allowed, as long as they do not use any code (compiled or plain-text) from the files they affect.

General Rules
  • AeroXperience will not tolerate rudeness, insulting or inflammatory posts, personal attacks on individuals or groups, or any kind of sexist or racist comments. Anyone caught posting such content will be dealt with severely by the management.
  • AeroXperience will not tolerate any meaningless threads or posts which contain just one word (such as "lol" or "OK") or threads or posts containing just a smilie unless appropriate.
  • Discussion of any illegal activities including, but not limited to, piracy and hacking is not allowed. Any threads found containing such content will be closed and deleted and any posts will be cleaned or removed.
  • WAREZ (as defined above) is not permitted. Do not attempt to upload any warez as post attachments or link to any warez on external sites. Do not mention where to acquire warez, do not discuss its acquiration, and do not make posts describing or implying the acquiration or the process of acquiration of warez. Your post will be edited by a member of staff and you WILL HAVE A WARNING ISSUED. Severe offenses or repeat offenses by the same member or same IP address will face moderator review, temporary bans, or permanent bans.
  • Every member is allowed just one login account. Any member found using more than one account will be issued with a penalty and/or may have his or her account(s) suspended.
  • Do not author posts JUST asking for feedback. You may request feedback inside a post if relevant (for example, if you create something), but just be sensible.
  • We reserve the right to remove illegal any offensive posts and/or material from anywhere on our site without notice.
  • We reserve the right to edit any members post, close any open topic, or perform any other moderating or administrative action without notice.
  • Do not author posts or start threads asking for explanation regarding moderation actions. If you have a question about why a post or topic was moderated, contact a supervisor over private message.

  • AeroXperience does not allow members to post any kind of advertising on our forums. Anyone found doing so will have their post removed and may incur a penalty from a member of management.
  • AeroXperience reserve the right to serve advertisements on this site at any time without advance notice. Any advertising done on our website must be authorised by a member of management and must hold a written letter of consent.
  • Anyone found posting affiliate links, referral links or click-through links will have them removed as soon as they are found by a Moderator or site Administrator.
Signatures and Avatars
  • Signatures may not be excessively large, with overly large signatures determined by moderators (good guideline: 500x150 is pushing the limit). Signatures may not be obnoxious, inflammatory, or visually distracting and may not call an undue amount of attention to themselves. Flash signatures are not allowed.
  • Having a link in your signature is acceptable unless it is found to be a referral or an affiliate link. If such links are found they will be removed by management without notice. Any other link to a personal website, commercial website, or commercial product is fine.

  • You are not allowed to place excessive swearing or nudity inside your signature. Partial nudity is acceptable, if tasteful. Please remember this forum is open to the public; people of a young age can be subject to the viewing of your signature.
Selling and Buying

AeroXperience is not a trading website and at the moment we do not allow the trading of hardware, software, licenses, email accounts, etc. Anyone found selling on AeroXperience will have their post removed and may have a warning issued.

AeroXperience is NOT an auction site. Members may not make posts or start topics auctioning off goods or services.

Members also may not author posts asking for money or donations. AeroXperience will not tolerate such activities and all members requesting money will have their posts removed and will be issued a warning.

Penalties and Warnings

The administration is proud to be able to say that AeroXperience has never had much of a problem with members being offensive or nasty on the forums - And we would love for it to remain this way. However, we have had instances where the rules have been broken and we have had members being offensive, so penalties and warnings must be issued.

We don't like issuing warnings and penalties, but sadly it has to be done sometimes to help inforce our rules. There is no 'tier system' or anything regarding punishment for rule breaking. However, please be aware of the following:

All penalties and warnings are issued by members of management and site moderators on a case-to-case basis. All penalties and warnings issued are done at the discretion of each individual member of staff. AeroXperience management's word is final and cannot be overruled.

Appealing a Punishment

We would like to think that we run a fair system here at AeroXperience. However if you have been issued with a warning or a penalty you think is a bit unfair, then let us know. Please inform us of the issuing member of staff's username as well, if known. We review all appeals but remember that our word is final.

All appeals are reviewed by top level management. Please do not make a second appeal if your first is not accepted as it will be immediately overruled and deleted.

Thank you for your time reading our site rules, and thanks for visiting AeroXperience!
